CONTINENTAL TELEVISION PROMOTES REBECCA MEYER
TO VICE PRESIDENT
New York, NY- November 5, 2009 – Continental Television Sales, a division of Katz Television Group, today announced the promotion of Rebecca Meyer to Vice President, Director of Sales, overseeing the company’s East Central station group. She will be based in Continental’s Chicago office.
“Rebecca has consistently proven her talent and she brings a wealth of experience, including more than 18 years with our company, to her new position,” said Michael Spiesman, President of Continental TV Sales. “We count on her to deliver outstanding results and I look forward to continued growth in our East Central Station group under her leadership. Meyer began her career at Continental as a sales assistant in 1990. She was promoted to account executive, sales manager and, most recently, Team Sales Manager for the Olympic team. She left briefly to serve as local sales manager for WAOW-TV/Wausau. Meyer holds a degree in fashion and advertising from Valparaiso University.
