New York, NY- March 26, 2012— Katz 360’s Andy Slater, Vice President of Digital Agency Sales, will be a featured speaker at BIA/Kelsey’s Interactive Local Media East conference in Boston on March 27.

Slater will present “Recap: The ILM Insights and Pocket Discussion: Local Political Advertising 2012,” which will examine political advertising’s shift to online and mobile platforms as candidates seek new ways to target specific voters.

“I’m thrilled to be part of ILM East, which is such a valuable resource for our industry, and to share the significant changes we’re observing in the world of online political advertising,” said Slater. “With our repertoire of more than 4,000 media websites, we can offer a unique perspective on how best to utilize this advertising environment within the political landscape.”

“At ILM East, top industry executives will share their insights on issues related to local channels, commerce and engagement, with a focus on local search, mobile and social platforms, and daily deals and pure pay-for-performance models,” said Conference Cochairman Peter Krasilovsky, Vice President and Program Director, Marketplaces, BIA/Kelsey. “We are fortunate to have Andy Slater among our featured speakers, and we look forward to his contribution to the conference program.”

Slater is a media sales veteran with more than 18 years of experience in advertising sales. At Katz 360, he manages the entire digital agency business for Katz 360 directors across the country. Previously, he supervised regional and national sales teams as Senior Director of Sales for Move.com, the leader in the online real estate vertical. Slater also served as East Coast Sales Manager for Orbitz.com and Vice President of Advertising Sales for SoundClick.com. In addition, he’s held key offline positions at McGavren Guild, Infinity Broadcasting, Emmis Communications and Clear Channel.

Katz 360 was created in 2008 to take advantage of the extraordinary growth of digital media. One year later, the Katz Online Network was launched, which consists of the majority of the industry’s terrestrial broadcast streams with most pure-play webcasters. As the largest Internet radio sales network in the country, the Katz Online Network offers advertisers unprecedented size and scale opportunities for customization. In addition to digital audio, Katz 360 also sells three additional digital platforms including mobile, database segmentation and display. These products have been built by aggregating the digital inventory of Katz Media Group’s radio and television publishers along with some of the largest publishers and technology providers on the web.
