MINORITIES ACHIEVING CORPORATE SUCCESS (M.A.C.S.)

Minorities Achieving Corporate Success (M.A.C.S.) is an initiative exclusive to Katz Media Group. The M.A.C.S. mission is to foster the advancement of minorities within the company and throughout their careers.  The program includes educational seminars, networking events and various workshops and activities, which are designed to cultivate and encourage professional and personal development.

M.A.C.S. is designed to create an internal community within Katz through networking and mentoring and create an open forum of communication in order to develop top minority talent within the company.
