What type of experience does the Media Associates Program (MAP) offer?
Associates work with Radio, Television, and digital interactive sales teams with exposure to different areas, gaining comprehensive experience and exposure to many Managers, Account Executives and employees at all different levels.
What can I expect during the work day?
In addition to working directly on projects in Research and Sales, associates will have periodic opportunities to shadow employees on external excursions. These may include touring stations, attending sales meetings and visiting advertising agencies on sales calls.
What training or mentoring can I expect?
Associates will have several opportunities for additional training through regularly-held seminars and meetings. Each associate will broaden networking skills and gain mentors to provide guidance and coaching throughout the experience.
What career opportunities will associates have after the program?
During the two-month program, associates will learn about the many positions available within Katz. Our goal is to make Katz your first choice after graduation.
