Katz Media Group Names Paige Soltano
Director of Recruitment
New York, February 2, 2010 – Katz Media Group today announced the addition of Paige Soltano as Director of Recruitment, Human Resources, in New York. She is responsible for developing strategies for recruiting the right candidates for positions at all levels, in every Katz office nationwide. Soltano will work closely with executive management to collaboratively identify talent needs and to ensure the best match possible.
“Paige’s substantial experience, coupled with her enthusiasm for recruiting, makes her an ideal fit for our company,” said Barbara Kurka, Senior Vice President, Director, Human Resources. “Our department plays a significant role in Katz’s future growth and expansion, and we’re excited to have Paige join us. She brings with her an extensive background in advertising, marketing and digital recruiting that will help us promote Katz as an employer of choice.”
Soltano joins Katz with nearly 25 years of human resources experience, primarily in the advertising industry. Most recently, she served as an independent human resources consultant for several companies. Prior to that, she worked for AgencyRx, an Omnicom shop, as Senior Vice President, Director, Human Resources, and also held various related positions at Bozell Group, Inc., an integrated marketing agency that is part of Interpublic Group of Companies.

A graduate of SUNY at Stony Brook, Soltano also holds a master’s degree in industrial labor relations from Cornell/Baruch. She resides in Fort Lee, NJ, with her family, where she is the President of the Fort Lee Public Library. Soltano is also a member of Advertising Women of New York and has previously held elected positions on the board. In addition, she is a Co-Troop Leader for the Daisy Girl Scouts.
