MILLENNIUM SALES & MARKETING
PICKS UP EIGHT LOCAL TV LLC STATIONS

New York, August 21, 2008 - Katz Television Group, a division of the Katz Media Group, today announced that its Millennium Sales & Marketing unit now represents eight Fox stations owned by Local TV LLC.

Millennium will represent WBRC-TV in Birmingham, WJW-TV in Cleveland, KDVR-TV in Denver, WGHP-TV in Greensboro, WDAF-TV in Kansas City, WITI-TV in Milwaukee, KSTU-TV in Salt Lake City and KTVI in St. Louis.

Local TV LLC, based in Fort Wright, Kentucky, was established in 2007 after purchasing nine stations from the New York Times Company. The company owns 17 stations in mid-and-small-sized markets. In addition to its roster of eight Fox stations, Local TV also owns a MyNetwork TV affiliate, and several ABC, CBS and NBC affiliates.
